Then WM Schultz Construction has got the role for you! We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to perform a wide variety of high level administrative duties . The balance of the role will include working directly with our management team.
The successful candidate will need to be prepared to manage their daily schedule to accomplish the routine but prioritize tasks when they arise. The ideal candidate would be fun, outgoing, organized, detail oriented, independent, and an excellent communicator. Routine tasks will include company prequalification submissions, proposal/bid preparation, managing estimating department schedule, tracking estimating data and other similar duties.
Schultz is a leader in heavy civil contractor with main operations in Saratoga County, NY that constructs water and wastewater treatment facilities, structural concrete, development infrastructure, utility work, site and highway work – any project that fits our “complex and demanding” strategy!
